• Responsible for the overall Supply Chain Planning and Execution across India’s South & West Region (11 Provinces/States).• Planning responsibilities include – Capacity Planning, Raw Material Sourcing, Packing Material Sourcing, Production planning and Dispatch planning.• Approver of the final Supply requirement (Quarterly, Monthly & Weekly) of 13 Manufacturing Units basis of Installed Capacity, PM/RM Constraints, Fixed/Variable Manufacturing cost and Freight cost.• Responsible for maintaining sufficient levels of PM/RM at all units in-coordination with Category Buyers on basis of Demand/Primary Dispatch Plans.• Accountable for maintaining 98% Service levels on Region, State, Brand & Pack level.• New/Alternate Supplier Development for better supply lead time and optimal cost.• Cost Optimization through Capacity Utilization, Raw Material / Packing Material Rationalization, Manpower Utilization and Freight reduction through network/route planning.• Continuous optimization of the pipeline inventory, service lead time, supply chain costs• Manages the Inventory Level DOH (Days on Hand) at all units for ensuring 0% Out of Stock (OSS) at customer end.• Proposes Machine change parts for production/dispatch optimization at units to cater to varying demands in market.• Responsible for maintaining less than 5% SLOB in Finished goods & PM in-order to control write-offs.

• Heading the procurement operations of Zee’s Kerala Regional channel. Accountable and responsible for end-to-end CAPEX/OPEX procurement category from Procurement strategy, Sourcing & Supplier management.• Works closely with business stakeholders on projects related to performance improvement, transformation/optimization/re-engineering to create sustainable solutions• Part of 4-member Strategic Initiative team for creating “Commercial Process Framework policy” for Zee Entertainment Business Group.• Role includes Identifying Potential suppliers/vendors, RFQ/Bidding, Negotiation, Contract/Supplier performance management & Spend Analytics.• Manages Sourcing of Programming specific equipment which includes Camera Equipment, Lighting systems & Audio systems.• Manages procurement of Edit suite systems, Internet Leased Line, DAM library Storage/Server solutions and IT equipment.• Finalization of Long-Term agreements for Studio Floors and facilities for production requirements.• Sourcing of 3rd Party manpower agencies for managing Creative, Technician, Editor and Production teams.• Responsible for sourcing Marketing services – Outdoor Advertising, ATL (Print/TV/Radio), Digital marketing and activation events.
