This industry making a luxurious brand grain based product before was making also molasses based product. In a plant - check volume & strength on daily basis,bottles,plastic closures,labels ,mono carton, Master carton , Excise hologram , & Bar code on a line startup .In a lab - Sensory to All - product , DM Water , Raw Water , Washing Water , Sand Filter , ENA , Caramel , HBS , FF , Acids ,Tank / Vat cleaning etc .Testing All Parameters - Product , DM Water , R/W, BW , Caramel , FF (PH, Conductivity, Turbidity, Color , Hardeness, Chlorine , Iron etc .) For Caramel - ( Specific Gravity , Color Tinge , PH , Sensory ) Calibration to Instrument- Conductivity Meter , PH Meter , Turbidity Meter, Spectrophotometer, Electronic weighing machine, BS Tester , Moisture Meter , Ovan etc . Testing to All Pakaging Material - Glass Bottles , Plastic Closures , Labels , Mono Cartons , Master Cartons , Bopp Tapes etc. Training to All policies- Food safety policy, Hygiene Policy, Hand wash policy , Food mat Policy , Do & Don' t Policy, GMP & fire fighting etc .
