Regional Manager - West & Central OperationsResearch for better models of Logistics in aspect of Cost, Efficiency, Effective & Technically Advance process and getting them developed into the system. Close team work with Developers for logic development & implications on cross function teams. Process Modeling, SOP Creation, UAT, Monitoring Process till the time it gets handover to stake owner i.e., Ops and furnishing the requirement of organization. Planning & Engineering for SCM, that require close analysis with cross function teams for load distribution, customer's behavior, market analysis, P&LGoal Oriented, Change Adaptive, Business Requirement UnderstandingCost Analysis - Planning with a stipulated budget at Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly level and monitoring for the accuracy with variable level. Responsible & SPOC for all IT related challenges, issues & solution between SCM & Core IT

Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.Plan & implement improvements to internal/external logistics systems or processes.Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies.Direct & coordinate comprehensive logistical & reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery.Communicate freight transportation information to customers or suppliers, using transportation management, electronic logistics marketplace, or electronic freight information systems, to improve efficiency, speed, or quality of transportation services.
