The Individual Placements (IP) Program Coordinator is responsible for managing effective and efficientsupport of the Individual Placement program (Internships) at SECC. Our IP program places individualplacements across the Southeast in projects that build capacity, improve access to natural resources,develop and support innovative solutions, develop opportunities for service and economicdevelopment, and empower leaders. This position interacts with other Conservation Legacy staff onadmissions processes, member tracking, and other areas of administrative support. This person will beresponsible for the current IP program across SECC’s region and desired growth of the IP program.

Generalized: Facilitating monthly team-building activities. Planning & coordinating all employee engagement experiences.Managing customer orders, including processing sales & taking new orders. Creating new customer accounts & ensuring accurate & up-to-date information. Conducting regular audits to identify & rectify outdated information.Assisting with account collections. Representing the company at trade shows, including setup, preparing promotional materials, & engaging with potential & existing customers. Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling social media content, including product photos, scheduling posts, Amazon storefront, & utilizing graphic design.Coordinating curated experiences for customer visits. Creating, preparing, & organizing product testing kits for R&D. Personalized:Life is pretty sweet working for an international candy company- All fifty states and over 40 Countries! All sales for domestic and international customers existing and new. Spending my days handling all re-orders, part replacements, and setting up all new accounts through our internal software, Sage. Generalized: Guide groups of varying size, age, and number through zip line and/or rope elements.Understand and implement risk-reduction in their use of equipment, attention to operating procedures, communication, and decision-making.Communicate with guests about their trip and activities, local area information and other NOC activities and offerings. Provide top-notch guest service to all guests, before, after, and during their activity.Participate in other operational tasks, including but not limited to: -Assist guests with gear. -Delivering instructional talks. -Clean and organize gear and equipment.Perform Aerial desk tasks, which includes, but is not limited to: -Check guests in and ensure they have completed their waiver. -Prep and prepare gear for trips. -Run point of sale computer operations. -Work with reservation software. -Open and close register as needed.Capture and sell high-quality photos of NOC guests as they enjoy our Mountain Top Zipline tour.Personalized: Taking people from across the country on four-hour zipline tours where they have their own personal “adventure” photographer to take photos of them, cheerleader to take the leap of faith over 300ft in the air, world -class dad joke teller, and of course a ropes/safety connoisseur.

Responsible for the daily supervision of 10-19 program participants in grades K-12. Responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of all 9 program components and program activities in the program. Guides the academic and social development of children; ensuring a safe, enriching, and healthy learning environment. Use a variety of resources, provided by the School Site Director/Program Coordinator to introduce new skills throughout the execution of activities.

Organization of Open Houses, Filing for Active and Future Loans, Communication with Realtors, Directing of Phone Calls, Mailing In/Out Responsibility, and Daily Errands.

My main responsibility was to ensure the safety of my campers at all times.Maintained the rotating schedule of each camper in my cabin.Guide campers to appreciate the world around them.Teach campers the foundations of responsibility within our cabin.Teach teamwork with fellow campers. Inspire a positive attitude to encourage girls to always do their best.Encouragement of friendship and accountability amongst the camp.
