I've been in the customer service business since 1995. I was a personnel admin specialist in the Army from 1992-1995. I have experience in outbound/inbound calling, cold calling, surveys and sales. I have received employee of the month awards as well as been recognized for exceptional attendance 95% or above. I am reliable and hardworking. I learn quickly and retain information well. As a team lead for my last job I was responsible for a team of 10 employees. Our job was to set up purchase orders for various public and private schools throughout the United States. The company we had a contract with is Kiwi CO. They manufacture crates for children ages 0-15. They have a client base worldwide. My main responsibility was ensuring the accuracy for these orders on a daily basis. 99% accuracy or better. The orders we placed were 6 figure orders or higher.
