The internship program lasted eight weeks, during which I became familiar with the company's operations, the basic principles of software testing, the TechPreview program, regression testing, vulnerability management, the Network Operations Center, and release management. I also performed manual and API testing, learned to analyze test results, and created Jira automation. During the internship, I gained valuable knowledge and skills that will be beneficial in my future career in quality assurance.

I successfully completed a 2-month course that extensively covered various aspects of software testing, including Agile methodologies, client-side testing, database management with Azure Data Studio, API testing using Postman, accessibility, automation testing using JavaScript and Playwright, performance testing with JMeter, security testing with Fiddler and Burp Suite, and a context-driven approach. This comprehensive training has equipped me with in-depth knowledge and skills necessary to make meaningful contributions to software quality assurance.

* Played a key role in implementing a new system, testing it, analysing its performance, training colleagues, and collaborating with software developers.* Efficiently Loading microbuses with full and partial cargoes in 8 countries. Assisting the freight forwarder in cargo search and attracting new clients. Responsible for cargo document administration to ensure smooth operation flow. Acting as a substitute for local and international route managers, communicating with clients, carriers/expeditors, and drivers. Actively involved in problem-solving to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
