WOMEN GO TECH - the first mentorship program in Lithuania only for women where TECH (ICT and engineering sectors) professionals share their knowledge and experience with selected female mentees. Through personal meetings with a mentor, mentee is able to find answers to possible career questions and discover professional potential.
Two primary mentorship programme goals are:
- To encourage women to seek career in TECH, despite the prevailing stereotypes in society.
- To encourage gender equality in labour market and women leadership in TECH through good examples of mentorship program.
