The Nona Hebat (Girls Unstoppable) is a collaborative program with Save The Children Indonesia and backed by the LEGO Foundation. This program aims to empower young girls. By providing safe spaces for girls to express themselves, explore their creativity, and advocate for their rights, Nona Hebat seeks to cultivate a generation of unstoppable future women. In Jakarta, Save the Children has partnered with the Pulih Foundation to focus on 30 elementary schools, including public, private, and special education schools, focusing in East Jakarta.- Conduct weekly school visits to implement modules for children, monitor program implementation, and provide direct support to children.- Take full responsibility for the smooth implementation of the module, from planning and material preparation to facilitating activities, collecting feedback, and coordinating with various parties (schools, parents, children).- Provide active mentorship to children during the module, develop their potential, and recognize their achievements.- Manage all aspects of module implementation, including logistics, scheduling, and program evaluation.

- Contributed to create 80+ alternative responses for the Situational Judgement Test (SJT) tool that is currently under development.- Developed a content plan for socializing Telkom Leadership Competencies to internal employees through Telkom's internal Instagram account.- Assisted in literature research for unit development.

As front liner for Yayasan Pulih's counseling service, i do record and schedule between client and partner psychologist, updating and archiving the clinic's service database (client data, incoming calls, agency referral clients), recapitulating the attendance of partner psychologists and clients every day and also conducting PFA to clients in need through chat, telephone, and in person.

Psidamai (Program Intervensi Mindfulness Daring Mahasiswa Indonesia) is a research program with the aim of providing online interventions for students that experiencing psychological distress by applying mindfulness skills. Psidamai is a part of Mrs. Ratih Arruum Listyandini's PhD project at the UNSW Sydney. My role as a counselor is to accompany and communicate with participants to complete the mindfulness intervention module, report progress to psychologists regarding participant progress, and conduct final interviews regarding program benefits.
