Psidamai is a digital mental health initiative developed through research conducted at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas YARSI.
We aim to support young Indonesians in cultivating emotional balance, resilience, and wellbeing through digital and mindfulness approaches. Rooted in scientific research and co-created by psychologists, lived experienced experts, and mental health advocates, Psidamai offers accessible, inclusive, and culturally attuned programs for youth who seek calm amidst life’s challenges.
We believe that mental health support should be stigma-free, grounded in compassion, and tailored to the lived realities of Indonesia’s diverse youth population. Through evidence-based digital interventions, Psidamai provides a safe space for learning, reflection, and growth.
Our Mission
- Research and Development: Conducting cutting-edge research to develop and validate digital mindfulness-based interventions aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
- Accessibility: Increase the reach of mental health services in underserved and remote areas of Indonesia by leveraging accessible platforms and digital innovations.
- Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions, government agencies, non-profits, and international organizations to enhance the impact and dissemination of digital innovations and evidence-based mental health interventions.
