I am an early career scholar in the field of cultural and positive mental health research, with a passion for developing strength-based and culturally-relevant mental health resilience interventions that are accessible and evidence-based. My work bridges academic rigor and real-world impact, with a particular focus on innovative and scalable solutions to address mental health challenges in culturally diverse and resource-limited settings, especially for people living in Low-and Middle income countries in Southeast Asia.I completed my PhD in Psychology from the UNSW Sydney, Australia and currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the YARSI University, Indonesia.
