• Lead TA team and manage full-cycle recruitment activities for a wide range of positions across all BUs in Hong Kong and Macau markets, covering both young talent (undergraduates and fresh graduates) and experienced hires;• Drive recruiters across different cities in mainland China to provide seamless and integrated recruitment solutions to responsible BUs, research and map out candidates for candidate pipelining;• Act as a talent acquisition expert to internal clients to provide market intelligence and share recruitment best practices to ensure internal compliance and external competitiveness, maintain good relationship with all parties;• Project-manage acquisition and team lift out activities; work with HRBPs to assess HR readiness in all aspects, develop plans for pre and post deal transformation/ integration and collaborate with other internal functions to ensure a smooth transaction;• Design an internal mobility framework for Greater Bay Area job assignment, define objectives with BU leaders, socialize with internal functional teams in the implementation process, assess impacts on every aspect of the employee lifecycle and run information sessions to roll out the program;• Regularly review, drive and implement recruitment standard operating guidelines, policies and protocols;• Collaborate and partner with regional and global TA teams on recruitment initiatives;• A task force member in global change management projects on ATS systems and workflow transformation; design country-level Gig economy contingent workforce management policy and procedures;• Provide guidance to team members and manage team resource plans and annual budgets.

Hong Kong

• Manage the recruitment of designated portfolios, run end-to-end recruitment process from advertising, short-listing and interviewing candidates, to preparing salary proposals and making offer;• Ensure recruitment process complies with the organization’s protocols and policies;• Responsible for headcount reporting, vacancies tracking, and pipeline administering for businesses’ future needs;• Work with HRBPs to provide HR solutions to Tax population, facilitate implementation of HR processes and support staff engagement initiatives. Prepare townhall materials and organize focus group discussion sessions.

Hong Kong

• Provide one-stop HR generalist services, including recruitment, staff counseling, performance management and talent management. Client business units include Food and Beverage, Entertainment and Costuming, Information and Technology;• Engage in formulating strategies and tactical plans on compliance and enforcement of Company policies and labor legislations;• Manage employee relations, provide mediation services and solutions to resolve staff conflicts based on established policies and procedures. Participate in monthly staff councils to respond to requests and feedback.
