In 2014, I decided to take on a big challenge professionally by switching to a different employer. After my good friend’s referral I joined Dentsu X. Even though I wasn’t fully aware of what a great company in Taiwan it was and what exactly the business was about, I was more than willing to learn new techniques and knowledge in a new domain. After a few years I managed to be able to handle complete projects with the help from proper brainstorming and assisted planers, to discover good ideas to help enter the production period to close the projects. I often assigned tasks on spec and rescue some difficult cases. Although I had limited resources I always give it the best effort. By the end of 2017 I had a promotion and became the Art Director thanks to my supervisor’s encouragement. Since then I was able to lead a little team to perform not only quality control with every important project, but also promote other business.

Medialand Digital Marketing is one of the famous creative production houses in Taiwan. I was a visual designer there and my customers included many famous brands like Ford, Toyota, Airwave, HeySong,KKL...etc. There were many great designers and planers and the company won a lot of big awards on digital and website designing. I got a lot of experiences and grew rapidly and professionally. I still appreciate everyone who helped and guided me.

Jt media was a small digital production house. Over here my job was mainly designing for several campaign websites to promote customers’ products and increase the number of members. This was an era of using Flash technique. Obviously I needed to learn more skills to master it to be successful in what I did. Despite the fact that I had a lot of work load, I still finished it and enjoyed it

This is an industrial computer business and upper cabinet company in Taiwan. I was a web designer here. Normally I would maintain the official website and design some production catalogs, flayers, magazines, illustration for situational pictures... etc. I had learned extensive professional knowledge, such as bill of material form, manufacturer part number, product process...etc.

I worked as an intern in an emerging design company. My job was about some Taiwanese bride cake package design, maintaining the official website, and regularly issuing a newsletter every month. Sometimes I needed to prepare information or references to participate in brainstorming in meetings.
