• Manage Mobility Shanghai Design center engineering PM team to meet HP Tablet/Phone projects’ deliverables• Lead, coach and develop the EPM team to deliver mobility Tablets/Phones • Manage, coach and develop PMs’ potential to build high performance teams. Carry out PMs performance evaluation and team administration• Communicate and organize project meetings and provide regular updates to executives • Lead efforts in continuous mobility product development process improvements and optimization • Responsible for setting the direction and development of the team to meet the delivery of products• Responsible for team projects execution. Review/Define detailed objectives, schedule, milestones and deliverables• Manage external design vendors (ODMs) to meet design schedule, quality, performance and cost requirements

• Plan all aspects of project development. Responsible for iPAQ new products investigation, planning, executing, checking and controlling • Manage and monitor budgets, resources and schedules. Main interface between HP engineering team and marketing to our (ODM) partners• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project and prepare a weekly progress report and review. Integral member of the cross-functional platform development core team from the inception through first customer shipment (FCS)• Ensure the effective timely delivery of the project and highlight any concerns. Evaluating program risk and provide mitigation plan.• Ensure quality and high standards are maintained at all times. Utilize program/project management principles to effectively manager the internal engineering/ODM readiness to achieve launch activities.• Organize, brief and supervise the testing process. Ensure new products ramp on-time and in-volume. • Coach new members of the team as necessary
