Direct hire for duration of project only. ~Rework electrical system in existing retail space for Industrial use. Shutdown and reconfigure MDP for new use.~Demo, excavate and repour interior and exterior grades for installation of Industrial Recycling Machinery and Shipping and Receiving Docks.~Rework all facility MEP for new use as Industrial Recycling Facility with office space.~Relocate machinery from existing facility.~Schedule and negotiate for all Time and Material work.~Ensure contract, safety and code compliance.
