Reporting to the General Manger and a member of the senior management team, accountable for HR operations, end to end employee life cycle, talent management, culture, engagement, training and development and employee relations for the hotels 370 employees.

Responsible for providing proactive generalist HR service from beginning to end, across multiple hotel sites as well as implementing and assisting with key HR projects across the group. Working in a fast paced environment where the ability to be flexible and handle pressure is crucial. Always working hard to deliver on time, with consistency and high standards.

City

Reporting to the HR Manager, providing day to day HR generalist support to over 500 employees remotely across DTZs managed properties and supporting the professional service teams within the UK office locations.

Working closely with a busy Managing Director and Head of HR, providing executive support and proactively managing their day to day needs. Acting as a first point of contact, controlling access, dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and organising and facilitating meetings and conferences whilst booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

Euston

Working for the Cancer Network responsible for providing comprehensive personal assistance to the Nurse Director and three other senior managers. Organising regular Cancer focused conferences and training events for nurses and doctors across 8 hospitals within the North London region.
