With my passion for Technology and people, I have enjoyed an exciting 17 years working for Sky in Field Operations, leading and being a part of some amazing projects. I have delivered this through an Agile mindset where I focus on only adding value to the increment I am empowered to deliver whilst being a part of an amazing team, I adopt an attitude of continuous improvement and delivery where I adapt to new surroundings and technology. Now my roadmap is to move further into the technology side of our business, supporting more change that adds value to the most amount of people.
