 Responsible for IT related activities in Videocon Telecom, D2H process and Innovate process (International). Handling ASA 5510 and 5550 firewall for Innovate and D2H process. Handling Core Network device Like Firewall, Router and L3 Switches. Installation and configure on Sonicwall Next Generation Firewall product. Installation and configure on Fortinet Next Generation Firewall product.  Remotely support customer Fortinet and SonicWALL Firewall complaints Create and Change firewall policy and URL filtering as per customers requirement. Working as Partner Company with Fortinet and SonicWALL next generation firewall. Implemented Quality of Service (QoS) for batter voice quality.  Plan and implement any improvement, modification, or replacement of network infrastructure components. Coordinate with MPLS team for DATA and Voice WAN link related issue. Install and configure all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, and so on. Making LAN and WAN Network connectivity diagram in Microsoft Visio  Checking Health and Availability of all Server and Network devices on daily basis. Managing IT Helpdesk Team.
