Manager - Projects• Review of sales orders and their acceptance.• Planning and Preparation of fabrication schedule and submit to customer for their review.• Co-ordination with Design department for preparation of manufacturing drawings and documents viz.; Datasheets, Technical Specifications, etc.• Submission of drawings and documents to customers / consultants for their review and approval.• Follow up with Material control department for inventory.• Co-ordination with Purchase department for timely placement of orders on sub-vendors.• Follow up with sub-vendors both indigenous and overseas. • Outsourcing for manufacturing of components / sub-assy.• Troubleshooting at sub-vendors works.• Periodical visits to sub-vendors for expediting.• Submission of Progress status report (weekly, fortnightly and monthly) to customer / consultants for their review.• Co-ordination with Production department for fabrication of the equipments so that the target can be met.• Co-ordination with Contracts department.• Appointment of third party inspection agencies.• Arranging TPIA visit to carry out inspection at shop floor.• Co-ordination with paints and packing department.• Arranging for despatch of the equipments at the destination.• Co-ordination with Contracts department for submission of final documents/dossiers.• Follow up for payments with customers.
