 Managing entire Usage and Retention of DTH sub base (national). Analysing recharge/usage trends and movements of the base. Tracking of bucket movements – upgrade and downgrades. Customer Segmentation – active, grace, pre-churn, churn.  Data Mining Using Ms Access Queries & Functions. Making Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports of Subscribers. Making PPT Presentation for review meetings. Co-coordinating with IT Team for Automate reports & raw data collection.
