Ensure seamless coordination with various departments (Purchases, Sales, Subcontract, Commercial, Maintenance) and external parties (vendors, service providers) using SAP Material Management (MM) module. Oversee gate entry procedures, transportation, and material documentation. Collaborate with vendor teams for sample dispatch. Utilize SAP MM to monitor and analyze material movements, weights, and data.Key Responsibilities:1. Gate Entry Management: - Control and monitor all material movements (inbound/outbound) through factory gates. - Ensure accurate documentation and data entry in SAP MM.2. Coordination and Communication: - Liaise with Purchases, Sales, Subcontract, Commercial, and Maintenance departments. - Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and receptor/reciprocator teams.3. Material Management: - Use SAP MM to track and analyze material movements, weights, and data. - Monitor transportation facilities and material documentation.4.
