 Network monitoring using NMS & providing Technical support of Information Technology related issues in Banking and in IT infrastructure during various stages of deployment/ implementation. Responsible for configuration and installation of routers, switches, desktop computers, Laptops, SSK, mobiles, other IT equipment and software as per approved guidelines. Liaison with vendor for support to resolve technical problems related to OS, warranty and Replacement of IT Hardware and software. Determining and resolving problems regarding connectivity, Automation, and other Core banking application/software. Coordinate with Networks and Service provider for installation of media and conversion of links according to availability of upgraded media. Execution of Core banking migration project (T24) / Software rollout / LAN revamp and other projects. Monitoring of branch existing software and hardware to ensuring uninterrupted performance round the clock as well as maintaining integrity of data and securing it. Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment including Installation/re- installation of Linux Servers/Terminals for configuration of legacy and core banking application. Trains and orients branch staff on use of hardware, banking applications and core banking software’s. Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN Infrastructure  Set-up of IT Infrastructure for new Branches and ATM sites and Provide technical support & guidance for ATM and Network related issues. Coordinatingwith Internal and External Auditors for operation of IT centers Maintain and implement IT/cyber security standards and enforce compliance to protect our Bank Network/Pc’s/server from any kind of external and internal treats. Updating and implementing security related software (SCCM) on all Bank PCs/terminals to prevent Bank network/IT devices from any cyber security related Issues/attacks.
