• Served as lead applications engineer for the design and development of blind spot (BLIS) radar systems on Ford sedans, SUVs and trucks. Led the validation of SRR radar feature(s) performance in both bench and vehicle environments. Reviewed and verified radar functional specifications and models to ensure real-world performance capabilities. - Led and managed multiple vehicle test groups consisting of up to 10 engineers and technicians from both Ford and Tier I suppliers. Tested multiple Ford®/Lincoln® programs at the same time including China programs. - Led introduction of new Driver Assist Technology Generation 3 ("DAT3") Short Range Radar ("SRR") technology with new supplier Bosch® Automotive from the very beginning of the product development cycle (GPDS). Responsible for reviewing and updating Bosch's new 77GHz SRR radar hardware, firmware at both the device and system levels as well as corresponding DFMEAs for the DAT3 platform.

• Integrated, packaged and released Short Range Radar (SRR) systems and features on multiple Ford and Lincoln vehicle lines at the same time including: Super Duty Truck, Explorer, Aviator, Navigator, Transit and Mustang.• Implemented, qualified and fully validated BLIS, Cross Traffic Alert (CTA) and other features in both simulation (CAN signal analysis). Collected and analyzed real-world SRR data.• Partnered with Tier I and Tier II suppliers to ensure proper functionality of radar systems to deliver fully functional vehicles on time, under cost and with quality.• Deep root cause analysis (RCA) ownership of any/all bugs affecting SRR radar systems.

• Designed, organized and instructed math courses for the 9th, 10th, and 11th Grades.• Coached four different FIRST® Tech Challenge (FTC®) and VEX® Robotics teams.• Trained the teams' engineering skills, including project planning, design, and testing of robot builds.• Coached our team to victory at the 2014 FTC Super Regional event.
