The job included the following:• Accountable for all aspects of processing & preparation of the charity accounts.• Responsible for the cash-flow and placing of treasury deposits.• Responsible for the running of the BACS for the payroll & purchase ledger payments. • Signatory for the charity.• Responsible for Payroll Administrator & managing payroll for the charity. • Producing the management information required for the officers & the Trustees.• Day to day accounting of Pension Scheme • Preparation of Pension Scheme Annual accounts • IT Management: including planning, procurement, improvements, implementation & management of all the IT systems for the charity.• Migration from a Unix based integrated Fundraising and Accounting system to Microsoft Windows network and systems.• IT support for all business applications and arrange training for applications.
