+ Origination, structuring and underwriting of large scale debt, mezzanine and equity for UK real estate investments & leveraged acquisitions+ Detailed knowledge of debt distribution, loan syndication market and CMBS structuring+ Experience includes restructuring, work-out and exit of real estate positions

+ Debt advisory, focused on the strategy, structuring, arrangement and raising of bank debt, corporate bonds, structured leasing and securitisation+ Blue chip client base from a range of industry sectors, including real estate, transportation, consumer products, utilities & telecoms

+ ACA programme, focusing on audit and consulting assignments for key investment banking clients+ Excellent grounding in the preparation, verification and interpretation of financial information, modelling and key accounting / financial concepts
