> Maintaining day to day accounting of the organization.> Income Tax Return filling, computation and all TDS return filling.> GST return filling also doing various reconciliation like reconciliation of Sales between Sales register, GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B, reconciliation of purchases between Purchase register, GSTR 3B & GSTR 2B.> Maintaining of payroll register and PF & Professional Tax return filling.> Making management information report (MIS) such as GST filling status report, TDS filling status report, PF filling status report, IT filling status report, Attendance register, e-tender completion register.> Monitoring and reviewing the work of 5 members for making all returns to be delivered within due date.

> Payroll processing – Maintaining the Monthly Salary CTC register of all department’s employee andreconciling the same with details received from HR department.> Return filling of TDS of all companies – both regular and correction filling of Salary and non-salarycategory.> Return filling of PF and Professional Tax of all companies.> Making management information report (MIS) like TDS return register, Salary Register, ESIC returnregister, PF return register, Professional Tax return register, reports as per auditor’s requirement.> Passing accounting entry and payment entry related to Salaries and all statutory payments.> Making online transfers of Vendors, Bulk Salaries, and Statutory related payment.
