Joined the Government of Telangana, as a founding member of T-Works. T-Works is a Government of Telangana initiative to create and celebrate a culture of hobbyists, makers, and innovators in India who explore and experiment without the fear of failure. It is India's largest prototyping centre spread across 78,000 sft (Phase-1) that will lower cost, time, and complexity for anyone building physical products by providing access to world-class sophisticated rapid prototyping equipment along with a fantastic in-house team of designers, engineers, fabricators, and experts.

Lakshya, a not-for-profit, was an ecosystem enabler with a vision to create a culture of research, entrepreneurship, and creativity at NIT Warangal. We established the Innovation Garage, a multi-disciplinary hardware maker space that saw over 3000 users and 50 prototypes developed within the first year. We started off by providing financial aid for students to cover their tuition, but soon covered hundreds more with scholarships for their startups, prototype development, IP protection, and international internship opportunities. The Innovation Garage is now run by an enthusiastic team of students and faculty supported by the alumni.
