• Source candidates based upon client requirements through networking sites, job boards like (CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), as well as internal database and referrals. • Work directly with account managers to ensure that the requirements contain the necessary information (rate, duration, location and skill-set) in order to find the ideal candidates.•Work on all tax terms i.e. Corp-Corp, W2, 1099.•Experience in working all kind of position like contract, contract to hire, W2 full time, W2 contract.•Experience in negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr. aspects with GCs, U.S. Citizens, H1B, EAD, OPT EAD•Experience in Recruiting technical consultants of all levels, from programmers to program managers etc.• Screen candidates to ensure that their skills and experience are directly in line with the client’s needs and expectations.•Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.•Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies•Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates• Establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future client needs.•Thorough knowledge of recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for different employment types including W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099 for U.S. Citizens, GC, H1-B, TN-1, and EAD holders.
