Addittionally as a client service agent, I adapted efficiently to ever changing customer demands and requirements and meeting the customer expectations while following the policies of the oraganization.I am graduate from Lambton College in Advanced Project management and Strategic leadership. I have gained extensive knowledge in managaing different projects and importance of communication skills in the process.
