I’m currently the Office Managing Partner for Gujarat at KPMG in India, where I have the privilege of leading our vibrant and dynamic team across Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Gandhinagar, and GIFT IFSC offices. With over 30 years of experience in the services industry, I have dedicated my career to driving growth, fostering relationships, and helping businesses achieve their full potential.I joined KPMG at the inception of its Gujarat practice in 2012, and over the years, I’ve seen the firm grow into a leading player in the region. As part of the KPMG family, I have been at the forefront of expanding our footprint in Gujarat, building a strong presence that spans across all our services. My role is focused on ensuring that KPMG delivers high-impact, value-driven solutions to clients and that we continuously raise the bar in terms of service excellence and innovation.In addition to my role at KPMG in India, I am also the Chairman of RV Group, a company I’ve been deeply involved with since its founding in 1990. RV Group specialises in delivering cutting-edge technology products and services, leveraging the latest advancements in IoT, AI, ML, and Cloud to meet the needs of both industrial and consumer sectors.I have always believed in the power of human connection and the value of fostering strong relationships, not only in business but within the communities we serve. Over the years, I’ve had the honour of contributing to the development of the industry and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Gujarat, founding and leading several prominent organisations such as GESIA, TiE Ahmedabad Chapter, Indo American Education Society (IAES), and IACC Gujarat. Additionally, I am actively involved with organisations like FICCI Gujarat, AMA, and GCCI, where I serve on their Executive Committees. I am also a trustee of Dr. Jivraj Mehta Hospital and a proud member of the Stanford and USC Alumni Associations.My professional journey has been shaped by my educational experiences and practical training. I spent eight formative years in the United States, where I earned a MSEE from Stanford University & a BSEE from the University of Southern California (USC). Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to building strong, collaborative teams, driving business growth, and leveraging the power of technology and human ingenuity.
