Vinod is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience in governance, risk & compliance including internal & operational audits, operational risk management, resiliency risk management, risk and control self-assessment reviews, and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance reviews. He is currently working with JP Morgan Chase & Co. in India and has 13 years of experience in control management. As part of the CIB Securities Services Operations Control Management Team, he is presently leading the Operations Control Management for Fund Services Operations in India. Previously, he was leading the Control & Program Management team for Global Finance & Business Management function. Prior to JPMC, Vinod has worked with Ernst & Young India for 4+ years in their Risk Advisory Services practice and was responsible for managing SOX compliance review, internal audits and internal control reviews. Prior to EY, he has worked with Mahajan & Aibara, Chartered Accountants and Sridhar & Santhanam, Chartered Accountants, where he was responsible for internal audits, management audits and SOX Compliance reviews.
