• Providing in-depth analysis or specialization for complex or escalated HR inquiries, concerns, and cases. Some examples include local Onboarding and Benefits support, Payroll, Leaves of Absence, etc.• Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work culture. Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and programs.• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process such as Documentation and Induction, compliances, team introduction, assets allocation, team, and company overview etc.• Responsible for managing employee life cycle at the location based on - Onboarding, Induction, Discipline, Exit Management, Exit Interview, Engagement Activities etc.• Understanding HR data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful insights.• Delivered service at key moments in the employee's lifecycle, such asnew hire orientation, and international transfers.• Design, build, and stabilize new HR process frameworks, assessing their suitability for transition to the Global Talent Operations Team through detailed intake and stabilization.• Prepare and present HR reports and metrics for management review anddecision-making.• Implement and oversee the performance management system, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.• Maintain the HRMS and manage employee data.• Oversee health insurance, gratuity, PF & ESI registration, and manage variousdocumentation and letters.• Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.• Manage attendance and leave process.• Support performance appraisals, market analysis, and preparing and sending employee-related reports to stakeholders.• Take an active role in compliance initiatives, adapting to varying compliance requirements across regions
