Experienced in designing and managing projects worth ₹505 million, I have worked with the Haryana, Madhya Pradesh & Uttarakhand governments on policy formulation, impact assessments, and evaluation studies. Currently I'm engaged with the Ministry of Education, Intel, NCERT, People+ai, IIC, IBM.As a State Research Coordinator for ICSSR projects, I designed and conducted study on PMKVY in concerned states and monitored research on income tax feedback, UDAAN. I designed the JSM Yojana for Uttarakhand and developing the Nainital Tourism Infrastructure Policy draft to enhance sustainable tourism. I guided a team of 4 professionals. -"BUILD" capacity program (2 phases) for inclusive education under MoE with team.-Developed "AI for Accessibility" course for Intel, launched globally and in India (October).-Formulated policy recommendations for NAAC restructuring per NEP 2020 for higher ed institutes.-Part of team which trained 250+ IBM managers on "neurodiversity in the workplace."-Created inclusive education frameworks and checklist for CEMCA with the team.-Conducted policy analysis across 27 EU member states, India, UK, and USA through a disability and gender lens.-Have designed strategic plans for hackathons with People+AI, NCERT, and CIET.-Created framework for convergence of Skill development, AI for Accessibility & Innovation, Inclusive Education, HEI & CSOs in disability lens.-Research and creation of modules on Inclusive CSR, BRSR, ESRS (EU). WCAG Guidelines, GIGW.-Strategic design on hackathons (focused on usage of AI) for innovation in disability sector. I have provided independent consulting services to social sector startups based in Ranchi and New Delhi. Previously, I worked as an EDI analyst at A3logics, ensuring HIPAA compliance for US insurance clients.I enjoy poetry, community service, boxing, meditation, and daily walks.
