I was an Administrator for the Mercedes Benz in house team for Europcar. My duties included dealing with a high volume of inbound calls from customers, RAC operational teams, Mercedes Retailers and Europcar Stations. I processed a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry. I worked closely and established good working relationships with RAC teams. I operated on a Greenway database to communicate with Europcar branches across the country.

My role as a Reverse Logistics Officer enabled me to further my experience with IT-based systems. I was commended for my excellent IT and reliability skills. I managed the redeployment of stock that had been returned by customers and utilised my problem-solving skills and judgement, acting on my own initiative to make decisions. For example, when dealing with faulty products, I had to use my judgement to decide whether products were able to be salvaged or whether they had to be destroyed whist working within health and safety regulations. Working within a fast-paced, physically demanding role, I also demonstrated a good level of fitness, flexibility, honesty and integrity in handling goods.
