To coordinate with internal and external participants for design, development and delivery of training initiatives. To ensure that all the Process steps are adhered and followed as per the intent of the policy. To generate Programme Effectiveness Report (PER) based on feedback taken at the end of training and take necessary corrective actions.5. Tendering and Procurement:* Prepare standard bid documents for tendering processes.* Facilitate the tendering process, including inviting tenders and evaluating bids.* Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment and materials.3. Execution and Monitoring:* Supervise and monitor the execution of rural electrification projects.* Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.* Implement monitoring mechanisms to track project progress and address issues promptly.4. Capacity Building:* Conduct training programs for local stakeholders, including project staff and community members.* Build the capacity of local institutions to sustain and manage electrification infrastructure.5. Financial Management:* Manage project budgets efficiently.* Ensure proper utilization of funds for project activities.6. Billing:* Verify material supply and erection bills submitted by TKCs as per approved BOQ. ..6.
