Managing global client strategy with stakeholders in Short End Trading, Repo Sales, Rates, Credit, FX, Equity PB, Equity Derivatives and Equity Cash sales.

- Manage Sell Side/Buy Side relationships in Fixed Income, trading CDS, Credit Index Futures, FX, IRS and Futures & Options.- Manage European Team of OTC Financial Sales members, covering Europe and Asia Pacific time zones.- Assisting clients with Clearing of CDS and FX contracts, compliant with CFTC, SEC, ESMA, FCA, BofE, EMIR and Dodd Frank regulatory changes.- Managing Clearing Sales for all European Clients clearing at ICE Clear Europe & ICE Clear Credit- Manage relationships with Derivative Clearing Members/Futures Commission Merchants- Handling of third party system relationships.- Focusing on Execution methods in the pre/post SEF model, managing Buy Side SEF Sales in preparation for MAT, as well as European clients in preparation for execution via MTF/OTF's.- Responsible for the Credit Index Futures sales strategy across European Buy Side Asset Managers and Hedge Funds.- Supporting our Interest Rate Futures Franchise, with BuySide focus around Short Term Interest Rate and Bond Futures products.- Post trade Affirmation/Confirmation workflows via ICE Link, and encouraging operational efficiency in Credit and F&O.- Assisting clients with EMIR regulatory reporting requirements.- Series 3 qualified, with 10 years experience in selling Fixed Income Products and Services regarding Execution, Middleware and Clearing to both Buy and Sell Side institutions across Europe and Asia.

- Selling the T-Zero Post-Trade Affirmation tool for Buy Side Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Banks- Building relationships with the various Investment Banking contacts and Prime Brokers.- Assist European Client Services teams with onboarding of new clients.- Managing events and conferences to boost awareness of the T-Zero product.
