• Responsible for order process and dispatch and material planning• Coordinate with Sales and Dealer / Distributors • Coordinate with transporters and arrange the Vehicle’s for dispatches • Handling Complaints and query from Sales and Distributors

Principle Accountabilities: - Inbound – Outbound Logistics• Handling entire India Dealer network and Order processing with smooth operation, • Dispatch Planning • Customer / Dealers network and Transport Vendors accounts.• Vendor and Dealer accounts.• MIS – Reporting to higher management through different MIS.
