Total length of pipeline is 610 kms and has a transportation capacity of 54 mmscmd. The scope of works of FCIPL of 341.8 km. complete with 4 no’s of Pig Stations and 11 no’s of Block Valve Stations.Achievements / Work Profile:- Using high grade steel – API 5L PSL2 X80 material (MOP 90.25 bar) in this pipeline project.- Strictly enforcing all the QHSE processes & procedures, especially during the rock blasting (over more than 300 km).- Preparation of Job Procedures & Quality related documentation like QAP, ITP, WPS/PQR, etc.- IMIR Clearance, Welder Qualification & Welder Management.- Ensure to Internal cleaning & Inspection of pipelines as per project requirements / standards.- Welding Inspection & NDT clearance prior to testing of lines.- Interface and provide clarifications, guidance and technical support to construction and pre-commissioning teams as required.- Preparation of AS Built drawings and documentation based on site mark up.- Attend project quality meetings with PMC/client.
