CurrentIISenior Executive- SCM || M/s Bunge India Pvt Ltd-KandlaResponsible for arranging Trucks/Tankers to various locations as per daily material dispatch plan for all over India at competitive lowest rates.Coordination with Sales Team for ensuring smooth dispatches.Preparing Monthly MIS Reports like Demand v/s Supply Variation, and Production Plan v/s Actual Production, Creation Reports like Freight PMT and Freight increasing/Decreasing Effect., TAT, Leakages /Damages, Loadibility & Dispatches Adherences. Sales of Finished and Intermediate Products.Follow up with customers, on Sales of oil through brokers, mainly in bulk, and supply to the company’s depots and distributors.Follow up on By Products sales through brokers, mainly catering to the local markets, under the Co’s brand name.Monitoring all packed material dispatches with coordination of the H.O. (Sale & Dispatch) divisionMaterial HandlingManaging stocks at various warehouses and Godowns of Row & FG, SFG, & Looges Oil under different brands.To match physical stock with SAP on a weekly & monthly basis.Participate in Physical stock-taking activity at every month's end.To prepare various stock reports of Packed Oil and Looges oil under different brands.MIS & OthersTo prepare the Daily Operation report, Bargain report, finished goods (Packed Oil & DOC) dispatch report, Procurement Report, Sold & Unsold Report etc.SAP ResponsibilitiesMaterial Management (MM)All Types of Purchase & Purchasing ActivitiesCreation & Check all types of PR, and PO.Internal Procurement Stock Transfer with Delivery.New Vendor Creation.Inventory Management.Storage Location Transfer from movement type as per physical movement.Information System & Reporting.Sales & Distribution (SD)All Type of Sales & Sales ActivitiesCreation & Check of all types of contracts, Sales Order, Out Bond Delivery, Tokens, Invoices, Forms etc.Cross Company Sales Order Processing.Direct Customer/Third Party Sales Order Processing...
