 Assist and report all EHS matters to the Cooperate EHS Manager. Provide advisory and monitory support to the Project Manager, Engineering & Administration team for proactive HSE Management. Preparation of project lose prevention plan (PLPP) for new projects.  Preparation and updating of risk assessments and conducting review meeting with client for JSA . Preparation and updating the environmental Aspect and impact assessments in consultation with site team. Updating the monthly statistics and record of QHSE objectives compliance to the branch/Corporate HSE Manager. Updating the accidents and incidents data to the HSE Manager, conducting accident investigations in necessary. Monitor and take necessary initiatives in identifying required PPE for the project/ Sites and maintaining the stocks in line with procurement and store keepers. Evaluating subcontractors HSE performance. Provide guidelines and work directions to site HSE subordinates and advisory support to site engineering team and management. Evaluating site team's HSE performance in line with the project in charge. To manage the first aid boxes and first aid facilities in line with Local legal requirements. Monitor and take necessary initiatives for emergency preparedness arrangements. Evaluating the project/site compliance to legal and other requirements applicable, periodically. Coordinating and conducting HSE inspections at applicable areas as per the procedures. Coordinating and conducting HSE review meetings at sites/ projects and updating the data to the corporate HSE Manager. Coordinating job specific and in-house trainings (site based). Update the obsolete documents information to HSE Rep./Corp.HSE Manager

 Responsible to the Management for HSE support and advice, and for promoting continual improvement in OHSE matters. Monitor the implementation of OHSEMS and various OHSE procedure at site Communicate corrective actions on the unsafe actions and conditions observed to the supervisors/engineers and ensuring the same at site. Conduct risk assessment for any new activity/new machine/facility wherever required. Prepare weekly & Monthly HSE report and submit them as required. Analyse all incident /injury cases and submit inference report to HSE department. Conduct mock up drills for identified emergency situations. Imparting training sessions on: Special craft on working at height, scaffolding erection, lock out and tag out, Excavation, welding, cutting, bracing hot work and fire fighting. HSE Management system Induction training to all, including visitors to site.  Accountable for conducting risk assessment, safety audits and data analysing for the upcoming project in KSA.  Putting in place of various reports and conducting case studies.  Delivering onsite safety training to Managers/Engineers and Supervisors and onsite safety audit training to Safety Officers and Safety Inspectors. Recommending a team of health and safety professionals on various safety issues.
