Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports.• Preparing GST Return, GSTR-3B & GSTR-1.• Reconciliation with GSTR-2A and Follow up with Vendor and rectify the Error.• Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow Statement to know the cash liquidity.• Preparing Accounts Receivable and Aging Report• Preparing Fixed Assets Register and Monitoring.• Timely calculated and Deposited Advance Tax & TDS of Company.• Weekly preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Debtor & Creditor’s reconciliation.• To assess accuracy and conformance to reporting and procedural standards of the reports.• Studying the reports given by auditors and CA and submitting it to the Management.• Avoiding outstanding expenses and managing the petty cash.• Preparing periodic reports to compare budgeted costs to actual costs.• Using accounting tools such as Tally ERP 9 & Busy.• Handling ledger, accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payments.• Making use of technology to develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping andaccounting systems.• Preparing forms and manuals for accounting and book keeping personnel.• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs.• To recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to financial problems of the business.• Provide internal auditing services & valuation of company assets and liabilities
