This was targeted at SMB market in India. I was entrusted to set up consulting, implementation, and customer support services function to help scale this new business. The focus was on team-building, packaging of implementation services (simplified, innovative, and easily repeatable processes & methodologies and tools for cost effective implementation). I also had to design standard contracts, standard and automated communication templates, reports to our leadership. We streamlined the operations with processes, tools, and templates, and devised strategies and processes for customer retention in a subscription driven business model.In a short span 2 years, we successfully delivered 31 implementations and Ramco established leadership in ERP on Cloud market in India and Gartner put us ahead of all others in the first survey in Indian Market for Saas ERP.
