 Overall Responsible for leading delivering B2B new links within SLA and high standards of quality on various media- Fiber,Copper,FTTH. Coach, guide and drive the field team in Gurgaon region to ensure timely delivery of B2B Ckts as well as WiFi Technical knowledge of MPLS, PRI ,ILP/LL,Pto P technology. Coordinate with different internal and external teams / departments to accomplish the job Handling multiple vendor for delivery of data serices within SLA and also testing their new products in field for compatibility and services. Understand client N/W Requirement and provide best solution to customer with help of technical teams. Leading a team including 20 Field Engineers,and 3 project manager for ensuring ensuring 100% delivery and FTR (First Time Right) Services to Customers and maintaining SLA. Plan and improve data services provisioning & delivery and ensure standardized methods & procedures are in place and used at all times Work closely with different technical departments, vendors, to set clear direction and ensure strategies, goals, deadlines, and projects are met on time with quality performance Keeps the management and business up to date with regular progress reporting on related data Service Delivery projects, topics, activities, and issues Responsible for preparing EtoE network solution and design according to customer requirement.

 Delivery/Installation of Telecom Data Services (LL/ILL/ILP/MPLS/IPLC,Broadband,P to P, PRI (voice) line over FTTH/FTTB for Enterprise Business . Handling multiple vendor for survey and delivery of data product for enterprise

 Extending Network Operation Support installation & fault rectification of BROADBAND (ADSL2,ADSL2+) Connection and Basic Services. Supporting SDH, O&M team, NOC (Network Operation Center) Engineer for backend configuration of connections on Dynamic/ Static IP Addresses and all types of IT / Telecom Troubleshooting. Leading a team including Field Engineers, Technicians and Coordinators; ensuring 100% FTR (First Time Right) Services to Customers and maintaining SLA. Analysing MIS Reports and Internal Audit on Services.  Providing Pre & Post sales Support to sales team and other department. Imparting Technical Training to Sales Team and New Employees. Helping the Customers in maintaining their network for minimum downtime and better connectivity. Coordinating with vendor for testing their new products in field for compatibility and services. Planning for Customer Location Resolution & Deliveries.

 Managing design, implementation, operation, maintenance and IT setup. Handling Cisco Router, switches and Pix firewall. Handling Leasedline and troubleshooting of Network by Remotely Manage and Handling network of 25 sites in all India remotely
