• Configuration and maintenance of 355 case categories to handle approximately c.8K exception messages
• Cross functional support to Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and IDEX teams

• Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering test scripts and scenarios detailing steps to trigger and resolve exception case categories
• Reviewing test scripts and scenarios to ensure adherence to project standards
• Executing test scenarios, capturing evidence, and providing reports
• Managing defect management

• Organising and facilitating workshops to capture the business resolution process for exceptions by translating legacy system (as-is process) resolution processes into SAP requirements (to-be processes)
• Documenting resolution process paths in adherence to modelling standards within ARIS
• Involved in project planning to ensure BPEM deliverables were tracked and delivered on time

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of a robust RAID Management / Mitigation / Escalation framework & culture
• Administration of the document review process & ensure project deliverables are version controlled, properly authorised and current version is in circulation

• Production of Compass compliant documents including technical design document, unit test exit reports and system maintenance manual
• VB Development and unit testing work related to automation of a data migration requirement (Access to SQL Server)
• VB development to carry out data integrity test, developed SQL Transact scripts to obtain a new data model on SQL
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Access, VBA, SQL Server 2000/2005 and HTML/ASP web
• Test preparation/planning/execution/defect management
