Completed the transition of 15 FTE Payment and EEM Process across 3 ERP’s of a Pharma Major in US with a customer VOC of 100% in Nov 2013 - With this my overall span was 98 FTE - billable- Key drivers- operating at ZERO bench from DAY 1 of transition- ZERO attrition during 2013 and H1 2014 of Band 4 and only 8 attrition- Process Associate during Jan – Oct 2014 of which 4 were non performance terminations - Net promoter score during H1 2014 @ 100% with 100 % conversion which help me get a Business Leader Award in H2 2014 for my overall performance with ZERO bench and making the shop more profitable due to driving deskilling and ZERO bench and near perfect Churn of vitanged employee and also driving E@ W penetration of 38% across my span in BUILD/ Cleard IFRS moving into ATR roles - Completed the remote transition of 14 FTE for LATAM markets across Payments/ Invoice processing/ OMT/ VMG and EEM in March 2015
