-Prepared and analyzed five different types of hot dip coating samples consisting of Magnesium, Zinc, and Aluminum alloys over IFHS Steel, enabling accurate experimentation for the study on mechanical and corrosion properties.- Utilized nanoindentation instrument to measure the hardness and elasticity of each sample coating, providing precise data for further analysis.- Conducted a series of tests including Open circuit potential test, Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test, and Potentiodynamic polarization test to evaluate the corrosion current, voltage, and rate of each sample coating in order to identify the most effective protective coating material.-
