Pre-Bid & Post-Bid Engineering of EPC Infrastructure Projects from Jun’06 to Nov’10 Ensuring assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines Preparing detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project. Explaining project scope and the associated costs as required; monitoring progress, providing financial control and ensuring quality of project Leading project team including Architects, Engineers, Workplace Consultants, Construction Managers and Administrative Support identifying and evaluating alternative solutions to best meet project goals Working cooperatively with and ensuring each Project Manager works cooperatively with the appropriate client, with other department so as to develop overall scope, strategy, and requirements Interacting with governmental branches and regulatory agencies as & when required to ensure that projects comply with all applicable technical requirements and regulations Coordinating with efforts of other departments such as Planning, Acquisitions, Operations, Design, Engineering and Finance on project Functioned as Head of Engineering Innovation Department; since Nov’10 Establishment of Innovation framework, Innovation Portal for employees Running competitions and campaigns for solving construction problems Recognize and reward innovators Conducted workshops on creative thinking, problem solving, Value Engineering, and Emotional Intelligence.
