Program Management : Led multiple complex NPIs of diesel/Gas generator sets. Designed and Introduced modular control systems for 1500kVA tp 4000kVA gas gensets. Hands on design of Hybrid system, battery pack integrations, microgrid system, BMS, grid paralleling control panel design, power panel design and product integration. Coordinating with stakeholders and cross functional teams on project deliverable. Made sure the scope, budget, resource and review milestones are met as per deliverable.Team Management : Mentoring & coaching a project team, resource planning, defining proper roles and responsibilities, reviewing performance and providing the feedback to appraisal team.Prototyping, supplier coordination, APQP, simulation, prototyping, localization, validation and certifications.

Conducted the evaluation & certifications as per global norms IEC 60947, UL 489 & UL1066. Got a good exposer of manufacturing processes, new product line setup, test equipment setup, supply chain setup, sourcing, quality controls, documentations and new supplier developments.Contribution to developing new technologies, competitor landscaping, nextgen product strategies, simulation methods, quality norms and prognostics with understanding of product life cycle.Setup a electrical endurance lab of 1MVA to test ACBs and MCCBs.Hand on experience to design interception systems, Tripping system, selectivity, wiring harnesses, wiring groups, controller configurations, current limiting circuit breaker design , product testing, electromagnetic analysis, electrothermal analysis, prototyping and Certification.

Worked on 4 assignments for two year. Completed advance engineering and business specific courses.1. Prove the feasibility for thermal capability and design a interface between trip unit and mechanism of MCCBs.2. Improve the Electromagnetic capability of RDC (Residual Current Device), Find the solution, design and implement in new product.3. Upgrade RCD for 440 and 690V electronic circuit, design the tripping mechanism and PCB. Simulation and validation of electronic board.4. Upgrade the Motor operator with field mounting capability for MCCB.
