A direct entry Class - I officer through Engineering Services, Mr Mathur has more than forty four years of work experience in Project Planning, Inter-disciplinary Coordination, Liaison with End-user, Preparing Tender Documents, E-tendering, Processing of tenders, Budget & Expenditure Management, Public Accounts System, Procurement of Stores & Inventory Management and has developed expertise in Contract Management, Project Monitoring, and dealing with Techno-Legal matters.While working in different parts of country in remained responsible for Design, Planning, Construction and Maintenance of Roads, Airstrips, Bridges, Flyovers, Townships & Non- residential Buildings, Sports Stadia and allied Electrical & other Developmental works and Services.
