Responsibilities Handling Import, Overseas, Admin and payments Advance payments, approval and follow up Preparing A2 payment workings i.e. 15 CB 15CA form, PAN & Tax Resident certificates. Invoice Processing and making payment for Overseas consultant ant’s Calculating the overseas employees daily working hours and making salary as per agreement & timesheet approval. Making VAT, Office rent, and professional fee payments for US, UK, German, France, Ireland, South-Africa, Malaysia, Canada & Singapore TEL branches. Interacting with bank to process the payment and other quarries. Bank reconciliation for overseas branches Preparing and maintain company-level (monthly and quarterly) account reconciliations Preparing the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing reports. Maintaining Provision Schedules for Import & overseas payments Maintaining Air-fair travelling tracker for overseas branches E-TDS : Filing, E-TDS Quarterly returns with Department and issuing Form 16A to vendors and responding to income tax notices Handling the US branch Petty cash book expense tracker Working on Expense variation reports Preparing the sales commission tracker every month for overseas projects. Overseas consultants PO generation Visa payment processing as per the concern manager approval Consultant payment budgeting

 Lease Agreement analysis of different vendor’s Vendor reconciliation. Preparing payment query report and getting clarification on the same from vendor  Reconciliation of different liability account’s and booking adjustment JE’s for the same. Maintaining the Master sheet (Aging tracker) for future dated payment’s to make the payment on timely basis. Making Import & Local payments as per priorities and solving the payment related quarries with concern departments. Circulating the Material Overdue invoices dash board twice in a month Receiving the vendor payment quarries and solving the same. Preparing Daily agents individual production and work backlog reports Preparation of TDS, AP accrual Reconciliation, AP Trial balance and SLA reports.  Preparation of month end reports for client and management. Sending daily invoiced processed tracker to the client. Attending weekly conference call with client and discussing the queries and new implementations. Helping to senior with providing required data base to prepare the Trial balance in month end
