Responsibilities Handling Import, Overseas, Admin and payments Advance payments, approval and follow up Preparing A2 payment workings i.e. 15 CB 15CA form, PAN & Tax Resident certificates. Invoice Processing and making payment for Overseas consultant ant’s Calculating the overseas employees daily working hours and making salary as per agreement &.

 Lease Agreement analysis of different vendor’s Vendor reconciliation. Preparing payment query report and getting clarification on the same from vendor  Reconciliation of different liability account’s and booking adjustment JE’s for the same. Maintaining the Master sheet (Aging tracker) for future dated payment’s to make the payment on timely basis..
