Independently Developed H.264 and H.265 (HEVC) encoder which is the latest video compression standard from the ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group and the ISO/IEC Moving Picture Experts Group. 3. Customized High Definition Projectors for the Digital Cinema Playback. 4. Installed a fully secured lab for mastering the cinema content, controlling every movement of content / inventory was monitored with software security. The content movement was developed on HDD with an encrypted file system.5. Developed a in-house ERP solution for Content details and movement, Technical data of every content received, Stock Inventory, Release Orders, Invoices, Visitor Entry, etc.6. Developed secured Demo theater for quality and Preview purpose.7. Created processes for every department, site survey, installation, mastering of content, content tracking, scheduling, programming, downloading, etc.

Heading the Technical Operations of Digital Mastering process in Mumbai and Chennai, like Digitizing, Encoding and Telecine. Responsible for maintaining the quality of the the movies processed in the lab. Leading a team of skilled and efficient people working in a deadline type of enviornment.
